Parka Investment Group

The product contains fund terms, investment objectives, portfolio information and investor resources. The interface needed enough hierarchy to make that information easy to scan without hiding the detail users may need.

The membership flow also crossed several boundaries: client-side input, validation, persisted data and transactional email. Those pieces needed to work as one flow from the user's perspective.

I built the interface around reusable sections, shared layout patterns and consistent content hierarchy so users could move between high-level information and more detailed investment content without relearning the page structure.

Motion was added after that foundation was in place. Framer Motion supports transitions and feedback where they help the experience rather than becoming the experience.

The application is built with Next.js and TypeScript, with Tailwind CSS providing the styling system and reusable responsive patterns.

Supabase persists application data from the membership flow, while Resend handles email delivery. I kept those concerns outside the presentation layer so the form UI stays focused on input, validation, feedback and submission state.

The finished product gives Parka Investment Group a responsive home for its fund, portfolio and investor information while connecting membership enquiries to the data and email workflows behind them.

The shared component and content patterns also make it easier to extend the site without introducing a new implementation approach for every page.
